when iam trying to enter Yum

it displays an error
bash : yum : command not found
can any one help me how to include yum command in Redhat Linux

Have you installed it from http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Yum?

yum is installed on RHEL 5 and above - so if thats not what you're using ie RHEL 4, I guess you're stuck with 'up2date'

I did find this on SO - ymmv ...

Actually that link no longer exists, you nay have to manually search Fedora for it
