Related Post Wordpress Plugin Inside the Post

Hello, guys !

To be honest, I'm not so bright in this field but I'm trying to implement a Related Post plugin on my Wordpress blog like this one here :

As you can see, I'm looking for a plugin which takes the link inserted in text and displays it as a related article inside the current post in different positions.

Is this possible ?

Does anyone know how it is called ?
