VietOCR PDF load not starting

I'm using VietOCR on Windows7 (32 bit), Ghostscript Version 9.09.

When I try to load a PDF, a window pops up named : "Load Image". the text is only: "C:\Users\Toshiba\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpBB43.tif".

I don't know what that means, the referred file, however, does not exist (AFAIK).

Please, what can I do?
