Correct xml-rpc library to use?

I am in need of an xml-rpc library client for Java 1.7 I thought i could use apache's binaries
org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException found at

http://ws.apache.org/xmlrpc/client.html[^]

But every time I try to download the jar files for the client. I am encountering a 404. Does anybody know of a good xml-rpc library for Java and where I Can download the jar files from?
