Exporting label from Crystal report to word is changing the format

HI ,
I had created a label report in crystal report 8.5 which will displays 14 labels per page in two columns ,which is working fine after exporting to pdf, but if i export the same to word then it changing the format, i mean 7 lables for each page in one column.

Any solution...
