Desktop and mobile websites - how to view development..

I am having to start researching in to making a site that is viewable on both desktop and mobile.

My question is, is there an add on to visual studio so that I can test the mobile site without deploying it?

or can any suggest anything to help me test on a mobile device?

I found one paid extension called BrowserStack[^]. 3 month free trial via modern.IE[^]

Our guys CM & Terrence wrote the below articles on that.

And yes you could do Local Testing[^] using BrowserStack.
