How to URL Rewriting in asp.net

I have currently this url.

www.xyz.com/abc/Default.aspx?ketan but i want to change this URL as this way.

www.xyz.com/event/ketan

Here abc is folder in my project and Default.aspx is a page in it.So how I URL rewriting in asp.net
