How to convert text from one language (english) to another in c# without internet?

I want to convert text from one to another langauage in my app so that user with knowledge of any language can understand.
How is it possible?

What exactly would you translate without running into the fact that meaningful machine translation, except in very limited circumstances, with a highly unique subset of languages known to have the same meanings in both source and target languages: is virtually impossible ?

In my app, there is no need of internet.In this,basic aim is to provide inforamtion without accessing to internet. This app related to TrainInfo. I have done it in english, but i want to provide langauge option to whole app also..

Conversion required for train names,details about trains like that.

yes, a good guess of the real problem for another OP unable to formulate a clear question (language problems aside) AND answers the comments and answers with a copy of the same *** comment. So because I guessed the same - I 5ed your solution.

well first of all people will need internet to access your application any way. unless it is for intranet/ or office only use. so in any case you need to use internet.

now you can use google translate services or you can use global resource file for each language and add data in that file your self . and then based on the culture you can select which data you want to load.

search google about more information on how to use resource file for multi language site
