Hi I am looking for any third party .Net dll which will convert my PDF file to falsh format so that i can stop save and print of the PDF document.

Please help!!

Have you look via Google? That would probably be a good place to start if you haven't.
Also using Google, it took about 1 minute to come across this which might just solve your problem.

You can search free PDF to SWF converter in search engines and you will find the freeware on website like pdfmate, office-converter.
Or the PDF to standalone SWF converter is another choice for turning PDF to SWF format.
