i can downlod html code http site by webclient.webstring
sample:

webclient WB=new webclient();
String str=WB.DownloadString(http://sample.com);

i went download html code https site but can not download html code by WebClient.DownloadString()
solution me?

By this URL, you are trying to download a top page of some site, not any CSS, so what would you expect?
