How to reslove the error Keyset is not defined

When im trying to add a crystal report as a new item to my Windows application in Visual studios 2008 it showing error as "The Keyset is not defined" and also when im trying to add a crystal report viewer to windows form it showing error as "Failed to create Component 'Crystal report viewer' .So Please help me to solve this issue.
