body back image not display when add meta tag

i have a page for adding facebook page .so when i add meta tag in head tag then css doesnt support ,and remove this so support css . how to do so give me suggetions

When a meta tag is added? Hard to believe, but... could you provide a short code sample to reproduce the problem?
