Any news from Microsoft about the future of Windows CE / mobile 6.x

Hi!

I know this has be a subject before, but the latest topic I can find is older than a year.

My company is just about to start a new project, which includes a Motorola bar code scanner. The OS on the device is Windows Mobile 6.5 (yes it is that old!!!) I can't choose, because my customer is the supplier of the device.

The rest of the system will be written in Visual Studio 2012, but from what I understand there isn't any support for Windows Mobile 6.5 in the latest version. This means that I have to become legacy from the start :(

Have anyone seen anything about the future of pro-device from Microsoft?
