Insertcommand Event is not firing when clicking on insert in RadGrid

Hi I am using RadGrid.InsertCommand Event is not firing when clicking Insert button in the grid.

C#

RadGridBankInfo.InsertCommand += new Telerik.Web.UI.GridCommandEventHandler(RadGridBankInfo_InsertCommand);

protected void RadGridBankInfo_InsertCommand(object sender, Telerik.Web.UI.GridCommandEventArgs e){
}

Can anyone help me.
