error while adding microsoft dynamics nav web reference in my .net application

i have my web services published from microsoft dynamics nav 2009 r2.. but when i try to add the published services in .net. i am getting error.... the web service port is 82 and i had added the address in web service as::

If the service is defined in the current solution, try building the solution and adding the service reference again.

in other server, it was working..i have restarted services but it is not working here... any help??
