How to use the checkboxes in gridview

Hi,
i have a gridview in which set of page name and different checkek boxes are there for edit,view ,delete. If i check the View column checkbox then the corresponding webform only be viewed. If i choose edit checkbox then a corresponding webform should be editable. How will i do ? please help.

but how to make a web form suppose default.aspx editable permission will be given to a user out of several users present in a dropdownlist by clicking the corresponding checkbox is checked
