How do I add an additional export option in crystal viewer

I am having an asp page which renders a crystal report. This report has an inbuilt export option which allows me to save as .txt, .doc, .xls, .rpt.

When I open the same crystal report in the development mode, I get two additional save as options .pdf, .csv

My question is
1) Why is there a difference in both save as list
2) Is there any configuration to add pdf , csv when viewing the report in asp

There are multiple sites advicing to create a custom drop down, but I want to include these options in the inbuilt list.

Your help will be much appreciated.
