How Do I Code A Soundboard

Hi!
I'm hoping to create a soundboard for use not just on my pc but on friends too.
Now i have read up and read that python is what i should use if anyone could send me the code so i can just put the sounds in and then when i click the button (or hotkey) the sound goes off.
If anyone can help me i will be very grateful!
