We have a test and dev server called 'Obama', but whenever I deploy a test web site to that server, all us devs have to update our HOSTS file to point the host name bound to the web site to Obama.

We are all on a domain and have DNS automatically assigned, as part of DHCP. I don't have access or permissions to work directly on out main DNS, so I would like to point all our PC's to Obama as a secondary DNS, and then use the DNS on Obama to resolve URL host names bound to sites hosted on Obama.

How do I go about this? 1) How do I set my PC up to use Obama as a secondary DNS, and, 2) What must I do on the DNS service on Obama to resolve the web site host names?
