How to open a new form from datagridview to display selected data, however based on the type of entry in the datagridview it will open different type of forms.

For example, i have one table in sql server where data is stored from two types of forms namely sea report form and port report form, both form with slightly different parameters. In the application I have a datagridview, when I click on the row with type of report "sea" it should open a sea report form, and when I click on type of report" Port" it should open port report form an display the contents in the textboxes.

Any Solutions??
