How to add simple tabber to load multiple page in iframe.

Dear Friends

I have three pages

page 01 = Master Page
page 02 = Where i wanted to use Tabber and iframe (Also wanted to add Reference of Master Page)
page 03 = Respective page which should be open in iframe based on respective tab click.

i want to used light control on page 02 which give functionality just like tabber which can be handled on server side i.e. can be dynamically loaded type.
