How Can I Output Perl Variable Into Html Form

hi all.
i need some help in building a linux administration interfaces.
i'm building a site web for administring a debian server and i'm using perl for it combining with html.
I know how to pass variable from html to perl (html->perl script) but my question is how can i return it's content to the html page (perl scirpt->html page)?
