I still can't figure out what it is you're doing.

Are you converting a WinForms app to web or the other way around?

What exactly is the problem?

Yes, sorry, I was lookig how to edit the question.
Im migrating a winform project to a webform project
The winform project use a dll, that dll is made from a c++/cli project, the winform project works very well.
The problem is that I can not use the dll(c++/cli) to my webform project, when I referece the dll and Build the WebSite an error appear:

Could not load file or assembly or 'F3BC4DNI' one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program With An incorrect format.

People say that is because the project and the dll are diferent arquitectures, but both are the same 32 bits. people say that is because my OS is 64, but so why does the winform project works.
Also I tried with PInvoke(the dllimport) but doesnt work
Also I tried addin to COM or .NET my dll but I cant
I dont know what could be the problem
Right know I gonna try using a Silverlight proyect maybe could works for the dll
If someone know what could it be, I will appreciate it
Thanks
PD: Sorry for my bad english, Im still learning xD
