Plot Lat/Long Coordinates from Listbox values on ASP.net

Hi. First of, Newbie here.

So, I have a listbox that is composed of a list of lat/long coordinates.
How do I draw this in Google Maps based on all of the values inside the listbox?

Tried to implement some of the sources I've found, but I don't have any luck yet.

It actually works pretty much like this: http://www.darrinward.com/lat-long/[^], but instead of points, I'm aiming to draw a line.

Any idea? Thanks so much in advance!
