how do i compare fingerprints already stored in sql2005 database.....if any other fingerprints match this fingerprints it retrieve the related items ex (name,id,phno,etc)....my frondend is vb.net and backend is sql2005

How is the fingerprint information stored in the database? What is the datatype?
