How can make DLL file for my Custom Control?

I write own Custom Control with ClassLibrary. I want to use this control in other project.
But I have some problem.

When I add Own Control to other project, I have this error;
The type or namespace name 'ControlName' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?

I add the DLL to project reference, but still get the error. I wait your helping. Good work...
