how to change printer security properties programatically.

My requirement is to access the security printer properties and to grant required permission for particular user either programmatically or using command scripts.

Right-click on Printer, and select the Properties menu item to open the window. Go to the Security tab, add new user account and give it all the permissions.

Could anyone suggest me a option for implementing this ?

Do you understand that you will need to have elevated privileges for your process, no matter what you do?
