managing workflow using workflowcontrol endpoint

I have a WCF WorkflowService hosted in IIS. I have another WCF service hosted in seperate service in IIS. from WCF service I am invoking the workflow using proxy. Is there anyway to use workflowcontrolendpoint to terminate the workflow using url. I want this way because i want to control the workflow from the wcf service hosted in another site.
