URL syntax for Ebay GetMyEbaySelling API

I am stupid.

I cannot for the life of me find any information in the developer documentation on the syntax to use for the GetMyEbaySelling API.

They give you tons of XML, SOAP (whatever that is) and C#. none of which i want nor need.

I simply need an example of the url to use i.e. ( https://api.ebay.com/Trading/GetMyEbaySelling@appid=xxx@Activelist=true blah blah)

Can someone simply reply with the correct gateway and syntax that I can plug into a browser and get the xml back.
