How to fixed microsoft (r) developer studio has stopped working in VC6

I'm designing interface of mfc application, it throw error microsoft (r) developer studio has stopped working

Ex: I'm drag a tabControl from toolbar to the windows design. When right click to changing some propeties, and event. It throw this error.

Error here[^]

How to fixed it ? I'm using Windows7- ultimate - x64. I'm tried in Winxp, it show same error.
