unable to loing in server 2008

Hi
I 've Windows Server 2008 R2 Physical Server. TFS2010 and Sql Server is running. this server is working fine full day but when I come in the office next day. then I am unable to :

1. take Remote desktop of this sever

2. also unable to phisicallay (console) login on this server

3. Tfs is also not working (when I check to connect from client side to TFS

4. but SQL Server is working fine (I 've checked from client side)

When I restart this Server then I am able to do all above task. everything is working fine after restart.

Please help me out.
