Convert existing web application to support multilingual

Hi Friends,
I want to convert my existing web application to support multiple languages so that user can see the contents on the pages translated in local languages.
My application is built with .Net framework 3.5 and has almost 100+ pages.
How can I achieve this using localization, satellite assembly?

Could you please help me with this?

Any help appreciated.
