Online Banking money transfer Architecture

Hi all
I want to Know how online banking money tranfer happens from back end ie Technology wise

For Eg:
I log into MyAcc-->Transfer 1000 to another BankAcc or Same bank how do these SWIFT tech works pls refer me the links that I can understand the Electronic Banking Architecture.
