how to Store words for a dictionary system?

hi guys

i am beginner on C# and now i want to develop a Dictionary application in English-Persian language
now how can i store the words with meaning and can retrieve meaning for any word type in a text box without using DBMS like Ms ACCESS or SQL server.

please help me.
