MMAC Algorithm implementation help

I was reading a paper by Fadi A. Thabtah and et al., "MMAC: A New Multi-class, Multi-label Associative Classification Approach". I was trying to implement their MMAC algorithm,

In MMAC algorithm that on page 3 of the article. I do not understand the algorithm, can some one please help me to convert it to a pseudo code or program code, it will be really helpful, thanks!
