Error on updating service references in wcf

I am doing project in .net using Microsoft visual studio 2012,ASP.net,WCF,IIS,windows 7 and while updating service references from client side i get error as follows..

There was an error downloading
'http://localhost/Srvc/RDService.asmx/_vti_bin/ListData.svc/$metadata'.
The request failed with the error message:

Publishing services from server side is success but while updating service references from client side it gives above error.
I do not know what to do...
