why owner not getting confirmation after transaction has been made by customer in asp.net website

Hello there,
I have an issue and trying to sort out that.I want to know I have a website in which ssl certificate and payment gateway are there.Sometime,I dont get the confirmation that customer has been done transaction.My questions are:
Is it due to ssl certificate or payment gateway?

Please,Help me to find out the reason........

Solution 1

It's due to Payment Gateway, I believe.

Please check the code, you must be missing something. If you are referring any articles, then ask the author of that article about this issue. He/she is the best person to answer this to you.

On the other hand, you can discuss this in PayPal forum. Good luck. :)
