how to get the second same value present in a cell

Hi All,

I need to get the first or second or third same text present in a cell.

For example,

"asdfasd PO BOX 12345 SDFSD SDF PO BOX 45678 DFGSDGSD SDFS SDF asdfasd PO BOX 78963 SDFSD"

I need to get the above PO BOX values in a cell into the another different cells.

Can any one help me on the above one.
