How can I auto hide Sticky Header

Hi Guys,

In wordpress site, I created sticky header and and it has links to jumps to sections on same page. When I click on sticky header links in it, it jumps to section but Sticky header area overlaps on section's heading. E.g

When Clicked, It is doing this
When Clicked, It suppose to be like this
