i m a beginner in in programming . i want to know which files added to my asp.net page so that i m able to send a text from my web to a registered number in telegram . Plz give some useful link. I want to know which files added to my project and which are added to aspx files . I cant find any useful link abnout using API in .net frame work .PLZ help
