I want to add live chat in my project.I am using c#.NET.I got a solution but there is a drawback that if one user send message to another, message broadcasts on all the users.

It doesn't quite work like that.
We do not do your work for you.
If you want someone to write your code, you have to pay - I suggest you go to VWorker.com and ask there.

But be aware: you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Perhaps if you look at where you got the code from, it will explain it to you?
