We can't - you need to look at your local availability of free hosts, that provide what you need - some provide MySql database, some Sql Server. Some give you 10Mb of HDD space, some 100Mb. Some .NET 2, some .NET 4. And so on.

We don't know what you need - only you know that. So use Google to search for free hosts, (and preferably pick one that uses your native language - it makes life a lot easier is there are any problems, translations never help even if you command of the second language is very good)

But...personally, I'd use a paid for service. The free ones I have tried have universally been a PITA in one way or another.

The hosting service will provide instructions on how to upload your website.
