Oracle ATG Dust Problem

Hi i am Using ATG Dust Configuration from
http://atgdust.sourceforge.net/first-test.html .
when i try to run maven i get the following error
failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.7:deploy-file (default-cli) on project standalone-pom: the parameters 'file' for goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.7:deploy-file are missing or invalid
