How to Create single site on three different Language in Sharepoint

Here i'm having a scenario to create site on three different Languages.
on one button click of desired language selection below things must change into that Language:
List Titles, Column Names,List form custom button text,quick launch links to desired language.
Heard that using Variation(MTS) we can achieve but by this data will sent to Microsoft Servers for translation(is this Trusted way?), how to do with Human Translation?
Any suggestion Plz...
