I had Deployed MVC3 Application On Server and i got other requirement from user and he need small changes in views and css so i do i replace only those changes on deployed views without copy and paste that view

Here you must be very careful with the above kind of ad-hoc changes. You can fix those issues the way you did, hence those are css and html issues. But You must always update those changes into your GIT or what ever version control where you're using. If you won't do that, you'll miss all the above changes when you'll do your next full deployment. So be careful with it and always update your source code in version control. :)
