I want to create a tab in my project such that it captures an image using web cam and provide e with an option to store it in an database which can then be retrieved later for future use.. the IDE i am using is eclipse and database is MySQL.. plzz help me..

Which part is the problem, and exactly what help do you need? If you Google for "image capture java" and "java mysql" you will find lots of information.
