Boot Loader dound please help

Hello guys,about this article How to develop your own Boot Loader[^] , when I create a boot loader.bat file, I can not see him working when I reboot my PC. Why? I now that I have to use other programs to see my boot loader.bat file working, but it only works if I use this programs special??? Or It works, but I can not see? Please, tks.
