grouping in the gridveiw

i want to use grouping the data inside the gridveiw control? can anyone help me out.

UPDATE SM: Updating the question, as Enquirer wrote the same as an answer.
For examles i have name and designations to show in the gridveiw but the names shold be grouped according to designation and i should be able to display Group as header as well as in Reports

Designation Name
Designation: SA
SA  AMAN
SA  Mark
Designation: AS
AS  shaun
AS  Grahm
AS  Steve

AS Table is showing

Can we do it in this rich control called Gridview
