Can anyone tell me how do I implement scroll function on touchscreen

Scrolling can be of any type like message or a rectangular box or may be a point.

Place Button Up and Down .Write your code for scrolling up and down

Its not actually C its embedded C but first i am executing the code in windows simulation then I will make some changes and load it to the target device.

Is the LCD device text-based or pixel-based? Does your code manage a frame buffer? Is that buffer text or pixels?
