Any pdf virtual printer convert pdf file s and open eternal exe after convert into pdf files ?

Any third party tool is available for converting pdf file and store in specific folder and then open any exe ? i will try in Installing novaPDF OEM with command line parameters (http://www.novapdf.com/[^])

in that when i pass command line parameter form calling own exe it not work,but if i call adobe exe from program file it work,i.e when i print any doc using print option it ask to choose printer,if i choose novapdf virtual printer,then it start to print(but here converting pdf files,it works like converting pdf file when give print form any document like doc,image,notepad etc..)anter pdf file save in specific folder then that file open in adobe readre if i specify adobe reader,but if i specify winrar or notepad exe it show error,

so my need is after convert pdf files in specific folder need to open my own exe,is ther any third party tool is available ?
